Policies

A *policy* dictates how access is controlled between network :doc:`resources <resources>`. By defining ACLs for clients on your network, access can be either granted or denied on a per-resource basis on your network. Changes to network policies are broadcast as they occur so that updated privileges are enacted quickly and without any explicit action necessary by clients on the network.
